- Today I received an email from a young lady who adopted one
of our pups last year. I was so excited to hear from her and receive
all the pictures! I have added the new pictures to Maddox's
page on the website and posted her email message as well.
It is such a blessing to receive updates and pictures from our
previous litters! I encourage each of you who has adopted one
of our puppies to continue to keep us updated over the years.
And a special "thank you" to Lee Brown who also adopted
two puppies from last years litter and has continuously kept me
updated on their progress! top of page

- Daisie went to the Vet today and Dr. Link says everything looks
fine so far and Daisie seems to be in very good health! We started
her on vitamins and calcium tablets to assure the puppies are all
healthy and boy has her appetite kicked IN!! At this time I have
narrowed the expected arrival dates down to October 22nd - 25th,
although technically it could be as late as November 5th. Hopefully
it will not be sooner as I am scheduled to have surgery on the 20th.
We are now taking deposits and starting a reserve list, these will
be on a first come first served basis. First deposits received will
be offered first choice in puppies once they arrive, pictures of
the new arrivals are usually posted on the website within 24 hours
after they are born. We can also schedule in person visits to choose
a puppy after they are two weeks old. We have found it is better
for the pups and Daisie and Crusher if we keep the number of visitors
down during the first two weeks. We will be selling our puppies
for $500.00 each, if you have received a different quote than this
please contact us for further confirmation. For more information
or to add your name to the reservation list you can email us or
use our online form, payments can also be made online by PayPal
or Credit Card.

- We are definitely anticipating another litter about the same time
as last year. Daisie and Crusher definitely got at least three good
hook-ups this time! I have been a little hesitant on just assuming
it will take this time after reading some articles about the male
dogs age having an effect on his fertility. Crusher is 5 1/2 years
old now (our years) and that could have an effect on things. But,
Daisie has been showing some early signs of pregnancy already. At
this time the expected dates for her whelping are Oct. 22 - Nov.
5. Hopefully I will be able to narrow that down a little more in
the weeks to come. Again, anyone interested in purchasing a puppy
should contact us by email and we will begin a reservation list
and taking deposits in the upcoming weeks!

- Daisie did start her heat cycle right on time, just like clock-work
on the 15th, and over the past week her and Crusher have hooked
up several times. So, only time will tell now if the mating took
and hopefully in a few weeks we should begin seeing signs of puppies!
We do already have a few people interested in puppy's and as soon
as we know for sure we will begin taking requests and start a reservation
list. As we have done in the past, a request for a puppy will put
your name on the list, however we must have a deposit of at least
$100.00 to put your name at the top of the list for "pick of
the litter" ranking. We have found this to be the fairest method
for everyone involved in the adoption of our puppies, which have
always been in high demand. We do anticipate around six puppies
as this has pretty much been her average litter size to date. And
please remember we do consider the deposit payment as a contractual
agreement and all deposits are generally non-refundable without
good reason for breaking contract. Online deposit and full payments
will again be available via PayPal at a later date on our website.
If you are interested in having your name put on the reservation
list at this time click here to email your request!

- Daisie should be going into heat again and we are considering
letting her and Crusher breed once again. Her last heat cycle was
back in February of this year and at that time we decided to put
her on medication to prevent the full heat cycle. After two back
to back litters, which was not exactly planned, we decided to take
a more affirmative action at that time.
