Deposit/Payment Information

A non-refundable deposit will be
accepted between 4 and 8 weeks of age to secure the
sale of a specific puppy.
-
At the time the deposit is received
both parties will sign the deposit/pre-sale contract
which is a legal and binding contract and subject to
specific consequences in the event the contract is
broken by either party.

The total balance due on the puppy
is due by the pickup date when the puppy leaves for
his/her new home. Buyer may chooses to make weekly
or bi-weekly payments or any other payment
arrangements up to that time as long as we have
received cleared payment of the total balance due by
pickup. We can accept payments of cash, check or
money order as well as credit/debit card payments
online and Paypal payments. Any payment at time of
pickup must be made in cash, any check or money
order payments must be made 10 days prior to
scheduled pickup date.
