"Webster's Ingrid Dörthe"

In honor of our precious lost one I have chosen a very special name for her. After searching through the meanings of various names I chose Ingrid Dörthe which is German, because the Boxer is of German descent. Ingrid means "Beautiful" and Dörthe is the German spelling for Dorothy which means "Gift of God". God sent us this beautiful gift for just a short visit here on earth, but she will be remembered in our hearts forever and one day we will be reunited with her in heaven.

Although Ingrid does not have an official AKC name, due to the fact that she only lived for three days, I felt the need to pick a special name for her after all the time and special attention that was given to her as she struggled to try to survive.
