Now that Christmas has passed,
I wanted to drop you an update on our beloved Nittany!!!!
After sleeping for the entire ride home on Fri evening, she
retired to her crate, where she slept the night through with
no issues. She awoke at about 5:30am telling us that, in no
uncertain terms, it was time to go outside. She spent Christmas
eve running laps around Amber's dad's front yard with his
Chocolate Lab 'Chowder'. The two were best buddies in no time
flat....despite Nittany's constant instigating and biting
of 'Chowder's' tail. She is truly fearless of larger dogs!!
Christmas day brought loads of excitement as she accompanied
us to Amber's mom's house for a morning filled with temptation!
Gift wrap, stockings, stocking stuffers and treats were everywhere,
and Nittany investigated every single one. She also expended
a lot of effort antagonizing 'Sampson', my mother-in-law's
Shih-Tzu. Again, she is a bundle of energy. She has yet to
'poop' in our house and is great at letting us know when it's
time to 'go potty', although she is desperately trying to
learn the concept of 'outside' when it comes to 'peeing'.
She's getting it, with lots of patience and training from
mom and dad.
Today was her first appointment
with Dr. Dugan (our local Vet at Coastal Carolina Animal Hospital).
She was perfectly behaved and did not make a peep, even when
Dr. Dugan administered her next round of vaccinations. She
took to Dr. Dugan very quickly, as he was very gentle and
loving with her. Her stool studies came back negative, and
Dr. Dugan gave her a clean bill of health, stating that she
is a "beautiful boxer puppy in great health". She
was started on puppy vitamins and will soon begin her flea
and tick treatments.
Finally, in just 5 short days,
Nittany has become very dear to Amber and I. She is truly
a joy to have in our home and our lives. We commented that
we don't know what we did without her all these years. We
hope that you, Randy and the kids had a very happy holiday
and that 2007 brings all of you health and happiness. And
of course, our best to Daisie and Crusher......every now and
again, I can hear in Nittany's barks that she's saying hello
to them both.
Take care,
Terry and Amber
I hope this email finds you and your family
doing well. How is your new little brindle pup?
We wanted to send you a quick update and some
pictures of Nittany. She is doing great at 4&1/2 months.
She weighs about 26 lbs now and is really getting big. She
has her third puppy pre-school class this week. She has learned
Sit, Down, Stand, and is getting better at Off. That one may
take a little while as she loves stand up and greet new people
:o). She's also getting better at walking without pulling
our arms out. She is just the best little bundle of joy. Terry
and I love coming home from work everyday to her and her little
wagging nub! We'll update again soon. Take care.

Just wanted to send you a quick update on Nittany
and some more pictures. She is growing like a weed. She's at
about 29lbs now. She's in her second week of Beginner Dog training
classes and is doing so well. I have attached pictures from
her Puppy Pre-School graduation. We hope things are going well
with you and your family. We hope you all have a wonderful Easter
in a couple of weeks. :o)

Sorry it has been so long since we have sent an
update. Life just seems to go by so quickly. We hope all is well
with you, your family, and all of the Boxers! Terry, Nittany,
and I are doing great.
Miss Nittany is still as sweet as ever and spoiled rotten. She's
a whopping 47 pounds. The Vet says she will stay very petite. In
the last year, she has taken her first long road trip (we went
to Philadelphia for Christmas and she did great on the car ride,
she has learned to love the beach (a little timid near the water
but loves to dig in the sand), and she has made lots of friends
(she goes to Pups Play and Stay every Saturday morning to play
with other Boxers).
Terry and I can hardly believe that she is almost 2 years old.
She truly brightens up every day for us. No matter what is going
on at work or life in general, she puts a smile on our faces. I
hope that everyone that has gotten a Webster's Boxer feels the
same way.
I have attached some recent pictures of Nittany below if you'd
like to post them on your website.
Good luck with the upcoming litter. We'll be watching the
website for pictures of the whelping.

We wanted to wish you and your family a Happy Halloween. Nittany
is doing great. We have been watching the updates on the new
litter ever week. The puppies are adorable!
Hope all is well with you, your family, and your Boxers. We
wanted to send you a quick Nittany update and some new pictures.
Nittany is going to be a big sister this June. We are pregnant
with our first child, a little girl. We're all very excited and
can't wait to see Nittany and Madilyn together.
Nittany is doing great. As we have told you in the past, it's
like the three of us were meant to be together!!
So excited to hear about your newest litter of puppies. Looked
at all of their pictures and they are all just adorable. I can't
believe you had all females this time. What are the chances of
that happening?
Wanted to send you a quick update on Nittany. She is doing great
and is adjusting well to our new addition, Madilyn. I have
attached a picture of the two of them cuddling, so cute!! She
wasn't so sure about the sleepless nights in the beginning...Nittany
is used to her beauty sleep. Nittany loves to sniff Maddie and
give her lots of kisses. Terry and I know these two are going to
be best friends.
We hope all is well with you and your family. Please continue to
updates us on the puppies. We plan to eventually add another
boxer to our family once Maddie is a little older.
