Onyx' Updates...

December 2006

Thanks for your email. The trip home went really well. Onyx rode excellent we held him some and he rode on a blanket in the back seat mostly. He slept the whole three hours. We did manage to hide him and surprise our son Christmas morning. He loves him. We went to the vet yesterday and had him checked for worms and he has round worms so we had him dewormed, 2nd DHPP shot, heart worm pill was given and he go treated for fleas. All in all he checked out great. His eyes are running a little but the vet said she was going to treat him for anything right now. He goes back in three weeks. He is very lovable and has taken to us quickly. He sits pretty good now and we are working on recall. We are at 50/50 right now. He is doing pretty good on the lease during walks. I will keep you posted.
Thanks
Antoinette

February 2007

I've inserted picture of Onyx. He is about 2 1/2 months old. His vet visits have gone really well. I do have a question. Does Crusher, Daisy or even Macie has eyes that run a bit. Onyx seems to have wet eyes of stuff in his eyes everyday. I don't know if this is a boxer trait or not. The vet says she is not worried about it but keeps a watch on it. His eye lids are a little druppy underneath also.
Thanks and enjoy the picture,
Antoinette Tyler

August 2008

I've been meaning to send you pictures of Onyx. He has grown to be a big boy and very gentle and loving. He has been a great addition to our family. I was at work and something told me to go to your website and check it out. So you all are having another litter I see. I hope all goes well. I will send you pictures of Onyx this evening. He is 75 lbs now which the vet says he is in great shape. He is not had any health problems and beside normal check ups and shots he has not been to the vet. I make sure he stays up to date on his heart worm meds and frontline. He is inside all the time except for exercise (walks and full sprints) boy can he run. He has learned lots of commands and is very smart. Did I mention playful and very social he just loves people. My son Jordan loves him.

Well take care and I will send you pictures this evening.
