1 - A puppy reserve list will be started as soon as
we plan a scheduled litter and begin the breeding process at which time
we will also being receiving
requests for puppies. Names will be added only after the puppy
application has been received and accepted.
2 - Everyone on the reserve
list will receive updates on the breeding and whelping progress by email notification
up until the arrival
of the new pups. Once the puppies have arrived we will begin taking
requests for specific puppies after they are at least two weeks old. If
there are duplicate requests for the same puppy, priority will be given
to the person higher up on the Reserve List. After the puppies are 4
weeks of age we will begin scheduling visits with the puppies at our
home to meet and make final decisions. At that time we will also begin receiving deposits
and once the deposit is received both parties have
entered into a legal and binding contract.
4 - Payments can be made over the next few
weeks or at once at pickup as long as full, cleared payment is made before the new
owner takes possession of their new puppy. This is important if the new
owner plans on paying the balance due on a puppy by check or money
order, such payments must be submitted ahead of time in order to allow
payment to clear. Final balance on puppy can be
paid in cash when the puppy is picked up.
5 - We do offer to ship puppies when local pickup is
not an option. Be advised if you will need to have your new puppy
shipped there will be additional charges and arrangements must be made
in advance. Payment in full must be received and cleared within 10
business days prior to scheduling the shipment. In most cases we ship by
air and must receive cleared payment to cover the shipping and handling
expenses in full before the shipping flight can be booked. Be advised
that we make all shipping arrangements at our own discretion.
